It was on a windy sunny day in June, at a terrace in Knokke Het Zoute, West Flanders.
The spirit of that day was a good, slightly spicy and lemoned, pretty malty and rather bitter blond. Its dress, taste and freshness perfectly matched the weather… and the Belgian blonde beauty sitting at the next table. I liked them both.
By the way, Omer Traditionnal Blond is a topfermented beer with a secondary fermentation in the bottle.
